eing a lot of thunderstorm activity. The eye wall is a bit ragged but there are thunderstorms on the right side. It is going over warm water of about 80 degrees so it is able to still sustain itself. The tropical moisture is moving in which means high rain. The new determination of rainfall is 12+ inches of rain locally. The concern is the prolonging effect of the storm as it basically strolls through the Northeastern PA region. This storm is going to be a more damaging storm than Irene as stated by the Weather channel.
